Easter Baskets for Girls and Boys
Easter is such a fun time for families, isn’t it? All those egg hunts, yummy treats, and, of course, the excitement of Easter baskets! If you’re on the hunt for cute stuff to fill Easter baskets for toddler girls and boys, you’re in luck. Here are some of the items I’m filling my baskets with for both my girl (3) and boy (1.5) to make this Easter extra special:

01. Basket
I wanted to get baskets that were neutral enough that they could be re-purposed for storage after Easter is over. These ones are both sturdy, and large enough for all the items I purchased
02. Stuffed Bunny
Our kids can never have enough stuffed animals. They both bring multiple to bed with them each night, and every time they get a new one, it becomes the “special” thing of the moment!

03. The Good Egg Book
Every time I assemble baskets for holidays, I always try to include at least one new book. That’s another thing that we cannot get enough of, since we try to do a lot of bedtime reading and cycle through books often!
04. Leather Sandals
I thought these were so sweet for springtime, and a bonus is that the straps are actually secured with a hidden Velcro tab, which makes it easy for my girl to put on herself.

05. Gardening Gloves
What better way to welcome the beginning of a new season than with a pair of gardening gloves? Our kids both LOVE playing in the dirt, and I’m hoping that these will help keep the dirt out of the fingernails!
06. Bunny Sweatshirt
We always look forward to the “dress-up” day for school holidays, so I always try to find something on-theme that can also be cute for other times of the year. I thought this was neutral enough that it works for both!

07. Peter Rabbit Stickers
Who doesn’t love a good sticker book?? I thought these were super sweet with their Peter Rabbit theme.
08. Assorted Hair Bows
In our house, hair bows go missing like socks! I’m always trying to re-stock, so this is a good opportunity to make it into part of a fun gift.

02. Stuffed Bunny
I also got the same stuffed bunny for the boy to avoid fights, but just in a different color so that they can tell theirs apart

03. Peter Rabbit Book
This book might be a bit above my boy’s comprehension level right now since he’s only 1.5, but he just loves looking at pictures of animals! I think he’ll enjoy it for that now and will continue to enjoy it later once he starts understanding the content better. This one is a classic!!
04. Gardening Set
These toys are both BPA and phthalate free and they’re super safe for kids who tend to play rough and/or don’t have the fine motor skills to avoid accidents yet!

05. Bubble Bath
These days, getting my boy to take a bath is so difficult (he hates the part where we wash the shampoo out!) so I’m hoping that adding fun bubbles will make bath time a bit more enjoyable for everyone!
06. Bunny Pajamas
Another thing I always try to stock up on during holidays are new pajamas, since they grow out of them so quickly! These ones are super sweet and gender-neutral so could work for both boys or girls.

07. Baseball Cap
Living in Miami, we can never use enough hats for sun protection! I’m planning to customize this one with my son’s initial, since I have a bunch of craft varsity letters in our art supplies area.
